A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), under the general direction of Director of ABA/Autism Services and ABA/Autism Services Manager, engages in activities related to the delivery of applied behavior analysis services. An employee in this class, under supervision of a BCBA, assists with assessment and treatment plan development based on the principles of applied behavior analysis and implements early intensive behavioral intervention and other applied behavior analysis interventions; explains assessment conclusions and treatment recommendations to client and/or family; provides family coaching in the implementation of the treatment plan; monitors treatment plans; trains paraprofessional staff and caregivers and performs other related duties as required.
1. Have a minimum of one year experience working with children and/or adults with autism or intellectual disabilities; AND Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND Possess certification as a BCaBA OR be able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
2. Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
3. Individuals in Recovery and individuals with experience in Armed Services valued.
4. Possess a valid driver's license.
5. Must have reliable transportation that may have to be used to carry out job duties of this classification.
Flexible Scheduling:

  • Shifts available Monday through Friday and weekends
  • Afternoon shifts available in the community


  1. Provide individualized programming and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including the clinic, home, and in the community. These programs will include teaching new skills in order to enhance independent living, communication, socialization, career development, and coping strategies.
  2. Complete Functional Behavior Assessments based on record reviews, observation, and interviews and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
  3. Model procedures and appropriate responses to targeted behaviors
  4. Train and give feedback to staff to ensure program validity
  5. Collect accurate data during all sessions and report changes and collaborate with BCBA to modify programming
  6. Attend all required trainings and meetings
