What is a Registered Behavior Technician?
An RBT is a paraprofessional who practices under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The RBT’s primary responsibility is the direct implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervisor.
Who can take the course?
Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent, for example
- Students of Education Schools (Special Education- Early Childhood Education- Psychology)
- Parents of children with disabilities
- Researchers
- Therapists and Special Ed. Teachers
